Something Special for our Schools – Grades 5 to 12!

Coaches, have you ever needed something a little more to add to your 100 Mile Club day or week? Maybe just to add a little renewed energy or cover on a rainy day, especially for your older students? We are excited to announce our collaboration with Ready, Set, Gold!, an organization promoting healthy and active lifestyles through working out and connecting with Olympians and Paralympians through a virtual video series. The RSG! Virtual Series focuses on students in grades 5 to 12 and is now available to any interested 100 Mile Club school at NO additional charge! Schools who sign up will receive access to a new video from a different RSG! athlete each month from October, 2021 until June, 2022. Each video contains a 15-20 minute workout (which counts for 1 mile towards a student’s 100 mile goal!), plus a message from the Olympic/Paralympic athlete related to social/emotional learning (SEL). There’s tons of ways you can use these video workouts to enhance your 100 Mile Club and earn sMILES, including: Use on days that regular walk/run miles can’t be earned (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Learn important messages related to Social Emotional Learning and Mental Health Give weekly/monthly ‘variety’ to students as they earn miles Enjoy working out and connecting with an Olympian/Paralympian The first workout video is now available and a new video will be released the first Sunday of each month through the end of the school year. Options for 2020-21 | YES You Can!

As we begin a new school year, we are hearing questions and concerns from schools and families: Can our 100 Mile Club continue? Are there options to make it work for my school? What if we’re virtual/remote learning? How can we pay for incentives? Can families pay directly through the 100 Mile Club? Our answer: YES YOU CAN! 100 Mile Club is “Virtually the Same” and you can make it work, even if your school or your situation looks different! We’ve developed tools and support to help you this unique school year, both for schools and for individual families. See where you fit: For SCHOOLS On-campus – Many schools are able to continue our traditional, on-campus school based program. If you’re already registered with us, you’re set and we are here to help you. Check out our updated resources in Coaches Corner. If you’re a NEW school, you can find information or register for our traditional program here: https://100mileclub.com/our-program/ Remote/Virtual Learning – 100 Mile Club TO GO! can help your school continue the program, while allowing students and families to order their incentive packages directly through us. This makes it easy to oversee and offer encouragement and support to families, while letting us process the order, receive funds from families and mail the incentive packages directly to them. Simply sign up your school by completing the 100 Mile Club TO GO! SCHOOL Form. We will then follow up with you, giving you a live link and TO GO! STUDENT order form that you can distribute by email or hard copy to your families. It’s that easy!
