100 Mile Club schools have an exciting opportunity for students in grades 5 to 12!

Join us as we workout virtually with Olympians/Paralympians from Ready, Set, Gold! and hear stories from these world-class athletes. Each episode reveals a pivotal moment that defined the athlete’s career. Follow along each month as a new workout and social and emotional learning topic (SEL) is shared by your favorite Olympians & Paralympians.

Schools that sign up will receive a new video from a different RSG! athlete each month, from October, 2023 to May, 2024, for free! Use these workouts to support your 100 Mile Club program throughout the year-whether on bad weather days or just for variety. Set your goal for GOLD and have fun!
