2016 brings a whole new layer of fun to Run4Kids! Our top participating school will get to keep this GORGEOUS trophy at their school for the year, PLUS we’ve added something new!
This year, along with this incredible trophy, our top participating school will receive $1000 credit to use toward 100 Mile Club® student sponsorships!
Awards will be as follows:
- 1st Place School: $1000
- 2nd Place School: $500
- 3rd Place School: $250
All you need to do is name your favorite school when you sign up and we will count you in their Run4Kids participation total. Here’s how it works:
1. When you sign up for R4K16, you will see a box that looks like the one below…make sure to write the name of your school (or your favorite school!) AND DISTRICT in that box! Be as clear as possible so we will know to whom we should credit your sign-up.
2. Anyone can register to support YOUR school team. Parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends… you get the idea. The goal is to make your school HUGE at Run4Kids this year!
3. HAVE FUN!! This day is for you! Kids and families will love to see you there supporting them and celebrating miles! Read more about day-camping at Run4Kids here.
4. We will keep track of signups and report the top 3 schools weekly through social media posts on Facebook. “LIKE” our page here to keep up with event details and rankings.
5. SHARE this event and rally your team! Make posters, announce it, and have a blast! Use your school website, social media, and whatever you have to to share Run4Kids with your school.
6. Top 3 winning schools will be announced at Run4Kids at 4:45pm, 15 minutes before the end of the event. Onsite event registration is from 7:30 am – 4:00pm.

A few notes:
- Make sure to have your participants write your school AND district name. Be as accurate as possible, as we have several schools with the same name. If we can’t tell who it is, we won’t count it.
- We are unable go back and add in/change your school name after you register.
- We work very hard to be accurate. Decisions of r4k16 event staff are final.
- In case of a tie or other anomaly, decisions regarding sponsorship awards will be made by 100 Mile Club and are final.
- Awarded sponsorships will be credited to your school through 100 Mile Club.
