The Mission Inn Run and Clark’s Health Fair will be held October 23-24, with more information available at www.missioninnrun.org.

The Mission Inn Run, a signature Riverside event and key fundraiser for the Mission Inn Foundation, has been a Southern California Tradition for over 40 years. Live racing returns at the 2021 Mission Inn Run, with live and virtual options for 5K, 10K and ½ Marathon. Clark’s Nutrition Health Fair also returns with new and favorite vendors.

New this year is the Mission Inn Wag & Walk, a $10 registration add-on that celebrates healthy living with our furry friends. Every add-on purchase will include a commemorative Walk & Wag pet bandana and $5 donated directly to the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center. Come visit the pop-up dog park and enjoy a pumpkin pup cup at the Clark’s Health Fair.

School Group Discount

The 2021 Mission Inn Run is offering a student group special price of $20 per student when registering 20 or more for the 5K race. Students receive $15 discount for all other races. All associated parents, teachers and coaches will receive the regular team discount of $5. Deadline for team registration is October 15, 2021

The Mission Inn Run T-shirt, always a hit with collectors, features “Mission Inn Towers” from Riverside artist Don O’Neill this year. The 2021 shirt marks a return to celebrating Riverside’s local artists, and the collaboration between Riley O’Neill, grandson of Don, makes for a dazzling collector’s item. This year’s finisher medals will also see a dramatic redesign, with the 2021 medals modeled after the historic raincross now on exhibit at the Mission Inn Museum. Each one is in 3D relief, with the 1/2 marathon version featuring a special treat, an actual ringing bell.

Welcome to our calendar of Meet-ups and Community Events!

All calendar items are independent local meet-ups hosted by outside volunteers, or are organized events ran and managed by other organizations. All are open to 100 Mile Club participants and families.

Please check periodically for time/date changes and cancellations, or contact the volunteer listed as “organizer” for any questions.

Local meet-ups provide students and individuals opportunities to earn miles. These meet-ups are provided to enhance a school’s efforts to run their program.

Credit slips will be issued only for time listed for each event.

 Counting Miles at Events and Meet-ups

While miles from listed meet ups may be counted toward a participant’s 100 Mile Club goal, it is ultimately the decision of each school to honor miles earned from this calendar at their site. Check with your school 100 Mile Club coach or teacher to verify whether they will accept miles earned at a specific outside event. 

At most events, a credit slip or medal will be given to take back to a child’s school for mile-credit.

Note: Credit slips will reflect miles earned during the posted meet-up time.

Weather Permitting

All events scheduled are as weather permits. Events may be cancelled up until the time of the event. Every effort will be made to advertise any cancellations or changes, including updates on the website and on social media. It is ultimately up to the attendee to verify if an event is scheduled. Hosts name and phone number are listed to also verify the activity of an event.

Credit slips will not be issued for cancelled events.
