We’ve developed this FAQ to help navigate during COVID-19 and our adjusted summer hours. We hope your question(s) will be answered here and on our website. If not, feel free to write us at [email protected] . We are here to help you and your school make it work!

YES!! 100 Mile Club will continue and we want you to Keep On Running!! We know there are some changes for many schools and your year may look a bit different, but 100 Mile Club is Virtually the Same! We’ll have our tried and true program options available, plus new tools and support to make it work for your school situation, especially for schools implementing remote-learning, either full or part time. We will support you to help you make it work!

Yes, we are still receiving and processing orders for the 2019-2020 school year and will continue to do so as needed. We understand that some schools, when returning for the new school year, may still need to order items to complete their 2019-2020 school year. Remember, we are flexible and here to help make it work for your school! You can order medals HERE and incentive packages HERE.

Yes! We are receiving and processing all orders as they come in. Orders should be processed and on their way in 3-5 business days. Order spirit wear HERE.

Ordering should begin in mid to late August, 2020. We still do not have an exact date at this time. All schools will be notified by email as well as announcements on our website and Facebook group.

For the month of July, we will be on adjusted summer hours (see question below). All pick ups are available by appointment in July.

100 Mile Club will be on summer hours for the month of July, as we gear up for the new school year. Although this schedule is reduced, we will be here to serve you!

  • July 1 through July 3 - Closed for the July 4th holiday. 
  • July 5 through July 31 – Office is open by appointment only.
  • July 5 through July 31 – Phone messages and emails will be answered within 2-3 business days. Time sensitive matters will be answered as soon as possible.

We are excited for the new school year! We will return to our regular fall hours in August. All schools will be notified by email as well as announcements on our website and Facebook group. We're continuing as 'Virtually the Same' program, plus NEW tools and support to make the program work for you in 2020-2021!

We understand that many schools are still uncertain about what the future will look like as they return for the new 2020-2021 school year. 100 Mile Club will continue ‘Virtually the Same’, with NEW tools and support to help the program continue at any school, no matter the circumstance. 

Throughout the years, we’ve worked with public, private, charter and home schools to implement the 100 Mile Club in a variety of sites and ways. We’ve been able to take this experience and information and adapt to the current situation with school changes. 

The program is flexible and we want you to have confidence that 100 Mile Club will work at your school, even if your circumstances have changed! This may include sharing this information with your school 100 Mile Club coach, teachers and principal.
